We hope you will come to our Open House on Saturday, November 1 from 9 am to Noon to help us celebrate 15 years in Plain City.

As many of you may remember, we started out downtown in Lovejoy Plaza at 220 West Main Street in 1999. Our official opening date was November 1, 1999.

One of the first things we did to introduce ourselves to people was to pass out candy for Beggar’s Night in 1999. That quickly morphed into our giant Anniversary celebrations thanks to the planning of our wonderful delivery driver, Paul Carpenter.

In the old store, we had around 1,000 square feet and lines that stretched out the front door. While we miss that cozy space on Main Street, we are very happy with our beautiful new pharmacy which we moved into in 2007.

It has been an exciting journey and we could not have lasted 15 years without the support of our wonderful customers and the Plain City community. We also have to thank all of our super employees and staff (current, former, and retired) who have made this crazy voyage much more enjoyable.

Please join us this Saturday for refreshments, in store deals, and lots of memories!

Thank you again to everyone for helping us have 15 Lovely Years in Plain City. We appreciate each and every one of you.

To raise money for the 2015 July 4th Plain City Fireworks display, a group of Plain City residents are banding together to host the 2nd Annual Plain City Fall Festival on Saturday, October 11, in Pastime Park from 10 am to 5 pm. The public entrance will be at the north entrance of Pastime Park with all attendees asked to make a goodwill donation.

Check out all the great events that are planned for a full fall day!

Contagious Til 4 will perform from noon to 3 pm. There will be other live musicians and bands performing the rest of the day, including The TJ Smith Project (10-noon in the Gazebo) and guitarist, Eric Allen (Noon-2 pm in the Gazebo). Bring chairs or blankets and make it a day!

The Pleasant Valley Fire District has challenged the Jerome Township Fire Department to a chili cook off at noon. Stop by the Lions Club Stand to determine who is Chili King!

There will be tons of antiques, arts and crafts, flea market and food vendors, and direct sales representatives.

You can also go on a hayride, get your face painted, and allow the kids to romp all day long!
